Hi I’m Gijs aka truZarou.
I share stories and creations about my quest for Truth, meaning and purpose with the intention to co-create and empower others through knowledge, creativity and technology.
Next to acquiring a bachelor degree in Philosophy and a master’s degree in
New Media & Digital Culture I did extensive research and experimentation;
trying to make sense of this life and find my way forward.
It has become clear to me we are in a spiritual, psychological and informational
war where we need to arm ourselves with the right knowledge + skills to free
ourselves from mental slavery and truly become free.
Most of the world just teaches us what to think and not how to think,
which I believe is done on purpose to keep us ignorant and compliant.

Initially I found solace, meaning and purpose in and through music which I
practiced professionally for a decade: spreading good vibrations, making
people dance and mixing in some meaningful messages - or so I believed.
My international career as a DJ, producer and event organiser came to an abrupt
halt because of the lockdowns, causing me to further search - and eventually
find - Truth: Who redirected my life on many levels.
Eventually I had to come to terms with the fact that the accompanied lifestyle took more energy from me than it generated and that my purpose led my into another direction.
I’ve merged all my creativity, knowledge and experiences together into my debut album Tru Story: House of Good News, which will be released with an innovative strategy where investors, contributors & believers can grow together with me through a crowdfund.
Next to the sonic story told through the album I’m working an accompanying book to outline several deep dimensions of our reality: God/Truth, spirituality, philosophy, psychology, love, peace, technology, geopolitics (and much more).
My passion and drive for meaning eventually brought me to the Way, the Truth and the Life and it’s now my life’s mission to align with His Way, Truth and Life to the best of my capabilities: which is more challenging yet rewarding than I could ever imagine.
Combining faith, music & education with the intent to co-create a better world of true heartfelt connection, practical freedom & meaningful abundance - inside & out - through all acquired knowledge, creativity, skills & technologies is my life’s mission now.
Sharing what I’ve experienced, learned & created along the way to assist those struggling with the same issues and helping them find and shape their own path, by pointing them to the Kingdom of Heaven: which is within.
